The food was good the servers messed up a little bit but still gave us good looking and good tasting food

Jesus and the staff are just great. The food is an added bonus that I did not expect. I highly recommend a visit to Los Santos when you get a cravin.

The food was great , as were the drinks. The service was excellent. Very attentive and polite. I will go there again.

The food is wonderful, they are closing down tomorrow night so my whole office went to eat there because they're one of our clients.

Great place for happy hour, 3 to 6 everyday. Very nice owners and great service.

We were really excited about this place and came a few weeks after opening. Tbh not a great spot for a restaurant but they did a nice job renovating the inside. Both of us love anything Mexican so we were excited to see this place open. I think they were trying to do an ‘inspired’ and maybe a more unique Mexican menu but everything just came out lacking and not very good. We didn’t finish our meals and I don’t think I’ve ever had a churro I didn’t like before here. Servers were struggling and seemed like it was mostly their first ever jobs. Margaritas were pretty watered down. Over priced for what it was. Overall, we haven’t been back and wouldn’t recommend. Too many amazing Mexican food places already in Castle Rock. 3 stars in hopes that they might have improved their menu/recipes and effort on the fun renovations they did.

Wanted to see if the mixed reviews were really deserved or not, had the El Clasico enchiladas and they were good wife had the taquitos and she liked them house margarita was super tasty not sure what this genre of food is, upper Mexican? Cali Mexican? It's good it's different is recommend a try.
