Loop & Scoop

Churros were good! Very crispy! I like having it with salted caramel ice-cream, but the dark chocolate ice-cream is still too sweet for me. Took 10-15 mins preparation. The store could have been cleaner.

Unfortunately on our first visit to Loop & Scoop was not a memorable one. Not only was the music loud, but our simple order was not adhered to. Do understand that cashier was new, but unfortunately so we're we. Apologies given which has helped, however time will tell when refund will be given, as paid by card and that always takes time. Feeling deflated especially when first time out since surgery, and entire experience was not good. Hope next visit will be more memorable.

Filthy!! Couldn’t finish our ice cream as the tables and surrounding area were so dirty we were put off. Staff were also very rude, not a single smile shown by any of them. Also very expensive, £3.50 for one tiny scoop of mediocre ice cream??

I highly recommend the oreo
