Beer snob loved it

Pretty decent brewery run by former SF guys with a low key atmosphere and beers that rotate often. Good food but the portions are a little small and missing some of the basic staples like a simple schnitzel & mashed potatoes. Parking can be challenging so plan on street Parking and walking a bit to get there.

As a military veteran, I appreciate the opportunity to patronize an establishment that has roots in the military. Great food, service and beer selection. We have an auto interior business (A1 Auto Interiors) right around the Corner on Bandera Rd, so Happy Hour is convenient. Longtab is a great "neighborhood" spot. We shall be back.

When we walked up, they were smoking some pork belly that smelled amazing! All the food we got was so good! The service was attentive. We also really enjoyed the beer.

Love everything about this brewery.

I heard good things about their beer, so I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I'm a big fan of German and Belgian style beers and that appears to be their specialty. The Tripel Volunteer was pretty authentic for a Belgian Tripel. However, the MKII Doppelbock fell well short of an authentic German Doppelbock... it went flat in a hurry, tasting as if it spent some time in a whiskey barrel, and also had a smell of vinegar on the nose. Even so, I recommend Longtab as a good craft beer venue. Prompt friendly service. I'm a veteran and I give these veterans a big thumbs up!

I’ve been going to Longtab for a couple of years now and just hadn’t gotten around to reviewing them. This is a terrific spot for great beer, good eats, and spending a little time soaking up the unique atmosphere. While it is always nice to visit a veteran owned establishment this spot is really something spectacular. Their commitment to the veterans community and to giving back to those in need sets them apart from so many other places you can go. Do yourself a favor and spot on by. You won’t regret it!
