White lady at the bakery - cake section is rude and seemed racist judging by the way she spoke to us.

I look forward to shopping at longos always fresh vegetables and quality fruit fresh Prince Edward bread yummy and of course the quality Italian olives. I'd like to see less American products and definitely No isreali apartheid products committing genocide against the native Palestinian population Canadaian greenhouses have amazing salads and a pro Canadian buyer thinking going forward. Frozen lasagna by Longos is garbage

Longo's is an amusing place with a great selection of products. Furthermore, I was amazed by attractive layout and superbly clean display. The bottom of the fruit salad i bought was damaged, but it was delicious. If I didn't know where an item was , they and I was able to shop very efficiently. I really appreciated.

While checking out I noticed on several occasions I was charged more for an item than it said on the price tag underneath the item. Usually in a hurry I never brought it up. After it happened one too many times I finally brought it up to the manager (middle aged Italian guy). Instead of offering an apology or even listening to me he started to argue and get defensive. Not sure what kind of management training this guy has but anyone in customer facing positions, especially managers, should know how to treat their customers. I also heard all cashiers working there for years are kept as part time employees so they dont get benefits. I will no longer contribute my hard earned money to a corporation that takes advantage of their employees AND their customers. Please don't support cheating, unethical businesses run by aggressive, uneducated, crass and bullying male manager

I am writing to express my deep concern about the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by an employee at your longos store. During my recent visit, I observed Alex at customer service treating cashiers in a manner that was both disrespectful and unacceptable. The older White lady Alex displayed a lack of courtesy, communication skills, and respect towards their colleagues. Such behavior not only creates a toxic work environment but also reflects poorly on Longos Family message. I believe that fostering a positive workplace culture is crucial for both employee well-being and overall business success. I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that all employees are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
