LongHorn Steakhouse

First time visiting this Longhorn location with my family. We arrived and promptly ordered our drinks, starters and a meal for our little one. Shortly after the appetizers arrived, we ordered our main meal. Almost a full hour later, no one had even come by our table to let us know what the delay was. I had to flag down two servers that were not the ones originally helping us to ask them to bring our checks as we had not yet gotten our food. I’ve been to other Longhorn restaurants and have never had this bad of an experience. Checking in with guests when your kitchen is heavily delayed is basic customer service. Our food was brought out once I complained and asked to pay so we could leave. I will most likely not visit this location again.

Well, it seems this place comes out with a new menu every few weeks and the prices continue to leap up. Just left there last evening Ribeye looks like it's gone up a couple of dollars and the mushrooms shot up too. The quality of the Ribeye went down considerably, way too much fat! All this only hurts your business, wake up! This is not a premium restaurant!

When you can feel that a server doesn't want to serve you or come back to your table. Glad we didn't need drink refills or anything for our meal because that wasn't happening.

The service wasn't good at all, our server took forever to come to our table and took even longer to bring the drinks and our meal took over 30 minutes. Service at this location has gotten worse over the last few months. Don't think we will be back no time soon.

Consistently good steaks and good service is why I keep coming back. Never underestimate consistency. I enjoyed the 9oz Flo's Filet which, like everything else, continues to increase in price.

We've eaten at three different Longhorns in the area and this one has impressed us the most. We had the salmon salad. It was great. The service was great also
