Long wait Mac & cheese smells and taste really bad. They could’ve gave me a refund but didn’t

All I can say it Porter House , loaded potato, 2 sides of steamed . Very nice people. The only time I had am issue with attitudes was with a BLK male cook who came out back and tried to argue with me about the Longhorn Steak I ordered, as it Wasn't a Longhorn Steak, so I left the order there and didn't purchase my order that day. But I can ONLY assume that the RIGHT manager in charge wasn't there that day. I have NEVER seen such unprofessionalism there than that day.

Walkabout Wednesday $13.99 for 6 oz sirloin, fries and a Coke. No better deal anywhere

On 01/13/2023 my wife and cousin who were having a birthday party arrived at longhorn with our party of guest at 7 00 pm and attempted to get our prior reservation and we were told we could not be seated because we did not have 13 people only 11 the manager had cleared the table and we were not allowed to sit he was a tall Caucasian male and was very rude and disrespectful I will never eat at longhorn again we went to Logan's where we will eat from now on.We were treated so badly I am thinking of litigation on this I have several witnesses that he was seating people who can as much as a hour later. I will be contacting someone on this cruel and disrespectful behavior. Thank you.

Had the outlaw ribeye steak. Overall everything was good. Decided to try the Brussel sprouts, asparagus, lobster shrimp clam chowder, and the chocolate lava cake

Last three times I visit this place the service was terrible..Poor customer service..I’m very disappointed in this place
