Great service and food. Everything was delicious.

Leaving out of Long Horn after sitting at the bar for about 15 minutes! I didn’t even try the food, because I couldn’t get pass the poor customer service. I sit at the bar to order out. I didn’t get acknowledged or given a menu until I asked for one. There were only two other people sitting at the bar who were already served. I finally was given a menu and the young lady never came back to take my order until I got her attention to let her know I was ready to order. She never came up to me to take my order so I’m having to talk loud to tell her my order, but when it was time to get my payment to pay she comes up to me. However, when my white counterpart comes in she was immediately greeted, she was immediately serviced, and immediately acknowledged. This experience was very disconcerting, because I’ve never been treated like this at any restaurant and I was surprised to have been treated like this at Long Horn!

Today's (2024/03/31) visit was a great one! We had easy seating, attentive service, and delicious food. Thanks for bringing back the corn! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Today's visit was more peaceful (atmosphere) than we sometimes get, but the food order was not 100% followed by the kitchen. Management was gracious in giving discounts to make up for the error. Wait staff was top-notch as usual. MANAGEMENT: PLEASE ADDRESS SLIPPERY TILE FLOORS (residual grease + water??) We will be back soon! Parking: Adequate parking for location...including take-away and handicapped parking.

I tried to use the "join the wait list" from the app, it had no wait, so I could not put my name on the list. I checked it again 20 minutes later, the same, this seemed odd since it was Father's Day. We arrived and the was a 35-40 minute wait. When I asked why the app was showing no wait the manager said that the computers my not be synced. We left and I checked the app in the parking lot and it all of a sudden was working. Get your stuff together Long Horn.

We had a lovely meal. It was a last minute decision to go out and our normal place was closed. We will definitely be back.

I worked fast food and fast-casual dining during my formative years, so I have more patience and empathy than most. The last two times I have ordered chicken tenders to-go, I have been given no honey mustard, or any sauce for that matter. If I'm paying the same price as dine-in patrons, I want everything that comes along with my meal, without having to request it, remind anyone, or be disappointed when I get back home. Additionally, there was no butter provided for the bread. If I'm being charged the same price, please provide the same accoutrements.
