LongHorn Steakhouse

Not crowded, but still had to wait for 10 minutes to even see the hostess. Afterward we sat 20 minutes and still haven't had pur order taken. I can't comment on the food because I'm not sure we'll ever get any. Longhorn was my first favorite steakhouse as a child, it was a good 30 year run, but I may never be back. Update: we finally left after never even getting a drink order taken.

This was my worse Longhorn experience EVER! I ordered online, which said my order would be ready by 8:10pm. I arrived a little early and all the stalls were filled so I went inside to let them know I was here. I waited about 20mins (time is now 8:30) and still no food. I asked how much long and the runner advised they were behind on orders, so I asked to just be refunded as I couldn't wait any longer. The runner advised the manager that I would like a refund, but I could tell that isn't what they wanted to do as the manager walk right passed me and the next thing I know my food was coming out. The meal looked thrown together, especially my salad which I let them know was unacceptable. The runner advised he would get me a fresh salad which he did. I got home to eat my food, the loaded potato was over cooked, my chicken wasn't really hitting like it normally does and I honestly wish I would have stuck with my initial response of requesting a refund. I love longhorn but this indeed was the worst experience I had ever encountered with the franchise and I can promise I will NEVER return to this location again.

Pathetic service ordered food at 8:31 pm, pick up time was 9 pm and received food at 9:40 and restaurant was empty as hell as it was monday!

Great steaks! The restaurant was extremely busy tonight, and my waitress was a little slow, but it was understandable. My sirloin was cooked to perfection and hit the spot!!! Compliments to the Chef(s). I'll be back!

This is a hidden gem. Great food, for excellent price. Everything I have tried has been excellent.

I've always had a great experience at this location. Food temperature great, order correct, friendly faces, and grat timing. No complaints all SMILES. OH TRY THE LAMB, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Orders were not prepared like ordered. Not one refill. Sides were horrible. Steak was nasty will never go here again
