Birthday celebration for granddaughter

Good food and good service as always.

We love LongHorn! This is one of our favorite local chain restaurants. The owner is very kind and generous! I’m rating this location 4 out of 5 stars because it is not unfortunately, consistent. 80% of the time the food is great. We love their filets, bbq chicken breasts, and Brussels! The service is always great, this location is clean, well maintained and filled with hard workers. We love the staff here and are happy to visit with friends and family throughout the year for an affordable steak dinner. See you soon, LH!

Delicious macaroni and cheese. Steak was spot on.

Resraurant virtually empty. Seated right away. 10 minutes later no one has acknowledged us. Got up and left and still no acknlowledement. So, I'm writing this review from Texas Roadhouse which is extremely busy. Seated and waited on right away.

I work in the darden industry and never had an issue but this longhorn was barely adequate. We had a server that took about 20min to come to us while walking past us several times. When ordering our drinks she asked if we wanted straws which we said yes, and she didn’t bring them and with that another server had to bring them. Entrees took over an hour to come out while the restaurant was not busy nor on a wait. Food came out and a family members steak was so tough and when cooked a second time was still very much red. Overall could have been a lot better and will be trying out other restaurants when in this area.

Never have left here disappointed! The food is always on point and The service is always exceptional!

Waited an hour for a table fine ordered waited 20 minutes for our drinks and bread another 20 minutes got our food my steak looked horrible and wasn't like another time I came I asked if it was the wrong one was told no it was just the cut I said ok just take it back I don't want it then the server comes and argues with me about it

We thought we would stop for lunch it was about noon. Walking in I noticed trash in the hedges. The front door was covered in finger prints. There was trash on the floor in the entrance way and the floor had salt stains. It hasn’t snowed in the past few days. The area around the hostess station had papers strewn on the floor and there were noticeable pieces of whatever on the floor on the way to our table. We sat for a minute and decided to leave. I spent years in the restaurant business and I know it’s far from perfect but I’ve never seen anything close to this.
