LongHorn Steakhouse

Ordered to go. Salads were brought to me and returned. Appetizer was brought to me and sent back. Excessive wait and didn't get order correct.

Went to Longhorns got there about 3pm set till 3:30 no waitress came at all so we left

To start with was there 2 times in a week. Both evenings ordered blue moon and neither came with an orange slice. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant but is a steak house. Unacceptable. My steak was salty and more well done rather than medium. I ate it. Wasn't so bad that I felt the need to send back. 2nd night I ordered another blue moon. Again no orange slice. Tried the ribs. Huge mistake. By far the worst ribs I've ever had. I did send them back. Rubbery and tough. In our small town we only have so many restaurants to choose from so these places get away with stuff that wouldn't fly in bigger city's. This is just my experience with a place that should be on top of their game. Will be quite a while before I give it another shot. If I decide to.

The meal was good. Could have gone without the waitress being visibly displeased with her $20 tip.

We don't have a LongHorn Steakhouse in our area so it is likely a place we will go to when on vacation. It was a great experience with our meals consisting of the 7 pepper sirloin salad and the Renegade Steak. I don't know if this is normal for LongHorn locations but they had $5 jack and cokes at this location every day. Definitely took advantage of some jack and cokes in our one night stay in Paducah.

The host was super sweet . There was 7 plus a baby. They had a sling for the baby. I had the longhorn steak( delicious) 3 order Parmesan encrusted chicken ( top tier) 1 person ordered the flo filet was devoured. The birthday girl ordered a 9oz filet with Mac n cheese and loaded potato soup. She was very happy with her choice. Our appetizers were spicy chicken bites(our new favorite) Texas tonion( yum) spinach Parmesan crusted spinach dip( we finished it). The waitress was so pleasant and on her game. The perfect Margarita long pour . We did order a couple drinks while waiting the only issue was we waited a bit and the older heavier woman ignored us finally a younger girl took our order. We heard her ask the older one to ring it in and she was so ignored to the younger one . You need to explain customer service and what team work is or just get rid of her, she is ruining the vibe and the customers experience.

Broccoli was cold. My steak wasnt medium. Kid-friendliness: Our waitress excellent.
