LongHorn Steakhouse

We were sat at 8:15pm, the server stopped by and said she'll be right with us. At 8:30pm, a food runner gave us bread and got our drink order. 8:32pm the server apologized, in passing, never came back. We do understand things can get busy, we really do. But we received no service. We watched 3 other server in the same area, greet the guest right away, and was on bread and drinks just as quick. After waiting over 30 minutes, with no service, we left. I don't believe in making a scene, or making someone's job hard, especially someone handling my food. Not sure what was going on, but our time was wasted.

We waited over an hour to he seated, then another hour for our food, they were short staffed and should have closed the place down!

I was On my way2 anotha steakhouse & saw them, so I said I’ll give them a try, Best decision Eva!!The people!! The FOOD The Drinks the service!!! But I really liked cleanliness, no weird smells wen you walk into a restaurant. Even the menus were clean!! Wat really blew me away was I left my phone n the bathroom & I called & they had it!! We had a great time & will b back

Service and the food were very good!

This is a great longhorn location. The cooks do well and the service has always been great
