I love the Brussels and it has turned into out go to, so we go way more than we should, HOWEVER, last 2 visits in a row were terrible :( both times food was trashed..and no I wasn't about to make a fuss while there. Didn't want to ruin the night any more. Just bummed we can't count on that consistency that we had for a while
Ordered the porterhouse steak to share with my wife and was very disappointed this time as compared to a few months ago. Steak was well done when ordered medium. Thinly cut when menu says thick cut. It had a lot of gristle, texture was chalky as if it had tenderizer on it and way too much salt. Hopefully, it will improve. A $36 steak should be good quality...even for Longhorn. I left half of it on the plate. Salad was swimming in ranch dressing. My own fault for not ordering the ranch on the side as I normally do. Baked potatoe was good and brussel sprouts were great as usual. I did not ask for a replacement steak & did not ask for any adjustment to bill. Let the waitress know as we were waiting for check. Likely fell on deaf ears and no one else will be informed of the problem. Maybe this review will get read.
Food was good, as usual. Had to eat in cold temp, kept jackets on whole time.
Excellent food and service
No more Togo from this longhorn location. Burnt, dry, and over seasoned is how I would describe my dinner tonight. I understand it's no Ruth's Chris but I still spent a total of $60. If you visit this location make sure to dine in. At least you would be able to send it back for a remake.
Need an updated menu that has more option besides mainly steak.
Good food Good time with family!!
