Horrible experience. Had a great day with my daughters at the outlets. Decided to stop btw this Longhorn for dinner. My daughter ordered the filet medium rare. Her order came out raw, not even rare. She’s sliced into it several times to see if it was through the steak. 15 minutes later the waiter finally came by for us to tell him her steak is extremely undercooked. He took her steak and said it would be replaced. 25 minutes later he brought back her sliced steak that was thrown back on the grill… It looked horrific, never mind the health concern that they took an already eaten steak and placed it back on a grill… I told the self proclaimed managing partner and be belittled me in fronts of my daughters. Please don’t support this type of behavior and safety standards.

The same day “Call ahead” hold-your-place- in-line is great! They don’t take reservations. However, you can call, say what time you are going to be there, and they pre-check you in. We got right in despite a huge crowd on Valentine’s Day. Super friendly hosts and wait staff and our steaks were all perfectly cooked to order.

Waited got a text then went to claim our party of six and then they magically didn’t have us in the system so waited about 45 maybe longer to get even seated
