Slow and terrible customer service waited on hold for 20 mins trying to place order very rude staff
The resturant manager needed more staff, and didn't call for it. More than Half the tables were empty, and we had to wait longer than expected. I asked to see the manager 3 times and they ignored us. The night manager on 12 Mat 24 has poor management skills. Customers are more important than making the books look good
The food was wonderful everything was hot and fresh we did curbside pickup excellent

03/10/2024 Miller Ln. Server was a tall blonde. First of all, why are there gnats? Had to ask for silverware. Ask for coffee and get served coffee in a to-go paper cup. She said they don't have clean coffee cups. How do you not have clean coffee cups? Asked if the coffee was fresh and she said it just finished brewing but stated earlier that it had been brewed 30 min . I asked for creamer and she said you didn't ask for creamer. I told her that the servers will bring creamer. Brought creamer but no spoon. Told server the coffee tastes different and she said no it doesn't and I said there is a difference in taste in a paper cup than a porcelain cups. How are you going to debate with the customer? She asked if I wanted another cup. No, I don't want another cup. She said she will take it off the bill. They had no more loaded potatoes. Instead they could do loaded mashed potatoes and my husband was okay with that. She brought my husband's steak but my salmon did not come to the table; however, the Brussels came. She said they were working on my salmon. Waited 20 min for my salmon with rice after I said no rice. Server states that a server may have taken it to another table. I mean I was to get another dish of Brussels and she said the salmon was the issue. I looked at her and my face said why are you trying to debate with me again? She looked at me and said I will take the salmon off the bill. My husband did not like the corn on the cob; had too many husks on it and the sauce was on top of it and didn't have the charred look. Word on the street is that Longhorn hires anyone; unfortunately, it shows. If the manager of this establishment doesn't get it together this restaurant will not be around.
The food that we ordered was average. My sister ordered lamb chops that were not thoroughly cooked, as seen in the picture. We had four different waiters that did not attend to our drinks, which was indicative of horrible customer service. We were not asked where we wanted to sit. This was not the greatest Longhorn experience I have ever had. I will likely not be back to dine here.
This is the 2nd time I've gotten take out from here and both times they have messed something up on my order, this time the steak was overcooked I don't think I'm going to pay for an order from here again
