LongHorn Steakhouse

Order served wrong, floors are nasty greasy almost slipped and fell. Hallway to restroom mostly blocked with boxes of supplies. Restrooms were very dirty just one hour after opening. Obviously they have staffing issues. Parking is terrible.

Went to Longhorn's on Saturday with my daughter and Son-in-law. The wait-list feature got us a table right away at 5:30 pm. It took 20 minutes before the waiter showed up to take our order. Waited another 20 minutes to get our salads. We ordered 3 filets medium and 1/2 rack of ribs. Waited another 30 minutes for the meal. All 3 filets were raw and the ribs were very charred. Didn't have time to have them recooked because we were going a show starting at 7:30. I would not recommend Longhorn to anyone and I will never go there again. There are too many good steak restaurants in town. Parking: Hard to find parking spots. Have to be lucky to find someone leaving.

My office placed order and here was mine. 1st pic. This is what I got. I ordered rare steak it was raw. I had to cook it. There was as you can see a tiny sparing amount of gravy. I asked for extra gravy. And the salad greens were very wilted and there was no cheese on my cesare salad. What a shame. Of course it's take out so I guess no worries. Very accommodating and great service

I never leave bad reviews but this place deserved one. My husband & I both ordered ribeyes.Both of ours was worst cut of steak ever. Both had huge amounts of fat. I personally prefer some fat as it’s what gives a steak the best taste. However after I cut out all the fat I literally had maybe 4 oz that was decent. I ordered medium it came out rare. I hated to complain because we were tired & it had a lot of loud customers so we were ready to get out of there. My husbands steak had a little more edible parts on his steak but it was tough. My sweet potato was not hot & not really even warm. The only thing I enjoyed was my broccoli. There was also a take out plate under our table on the floor. I will never go back. I used a gift card or I would have complained to the manager.
