The Food was Amazing (That actually was worth 5 stars), and that's where it stops at. When I got dropped off I went in while my husband parked and the hostess said that there was only tables available and I went by 2 booths ready to go. Then the waiter took forever to get our drinks our. I asked for some honey and lemon and that took so long that my hot tea was barely warm. When we received our food I was out of tea and asked the gentleman that brought out our food (not our waiter) for more tea and that never came. Finally I went up to the bar to get a glass of water just so I can have something with my meal.. he is over to the side telling a story to the staff...I try to cough to let him know I was there and he never noticed. So now I go back to the table, PO'd that I can't get a drink anywhere. My husband says the waiter came by while I was gone and he apparently never knew there was a drink needed. Then he even took a while, passing by us multiple times, to come get the check. The flavor of the food was so amazing but that even came out just above warm. I always speak to a manger, good or bad, and never have trouble spotting them but tonight I wasn't sure who it was and didn't want to wait all night to have them come to the table. It was very disappointing since I was taking my husband out for his present.

Apparently Grace, the bartender, and Erin, the manager are comedians. Both are definitely in the wrong line of work when they demand that my remade order be paid for AGAIN because their cooks don't know how to cook a steak properly. They said they'd send a gift card in the mail later on as a refund.

Alright, I normally like this place, and they've helped when they've messed up before, but this time is a doozy. Last night, I ordered a steak medium well for my pregnant girlfriend (online it recommended it because the steak would cook with travel) but when I got home, she cut into a VERY pink steak. We also got a tea with the lemon in it, so when she drank it, it tasted like lemon peel. So the next morning I go into longhorn, and I'm already put to wait because there's apparently a huge party. When I'm helped out to get my order remade, I am told by the bartender, GRACE, that I will PAY FOR THE MEAL, and they will MAIL ME A GIFT CARD TO COVER THE COST. Grace told me that those words came from the manager, ERIN, who was unavailable to talk to me because she was on the line. I have never heard of this, who mails a gift card after making a mistake???

Very high quality steak dinner is what LongHorn Steakhouse is all about without the cost of the high end price. Doug is a great manager and a super nice addition to the restaurant.
