Let me start by saying “I Love Longhorn” but not the Longhorn in Bowling Green KY…. I have been to Longhorn in several states now …normally never a problem. However, the Longhorn in Bowling Green has been disappointing… the first time I had a hamburger and it was so raw it could have walked off the table…. The manager said she would give free dessert ( which I don’t eat). I tried them again tonight and all the food …appetizer, salad, steak showed at the same time…which means by the time we got to the steak they were cold. We were offered free dessert or they could take the steak and stick it under the burner to keep it warm… why they didn’t offer to remake our steaks is beyond me. Service was bad and the server came to us twice asking if we wanted boxes… we had not been there for more then 27 minutes…I declined and then the Server brought us boxes anyway to rush us out. I am paying over $100 so give me a few minutes to drink my drink and eat the cold food you served me. Look I have been a waitress, bartender, chef… there is no excuse to run a business this way. Longhorn is supposed to be everything the owner wrote about on the website. How about the owner back up their words. I have no problem spending the money as long as it is worth it. …… do better.
