LongHorn Steakhouse

My wife and I visited this longhorn location for lunch and was completely taken back by our service. Everything was going well, once we walked in we were seated and greeted. The food was good and on time. Now it all went down hill when it was time to pay. Now usually my wife and I don't linger in such places too long but, we were having a break from the kids. Now I'm not sure what the policy is but I can assure you rushing your guests to leave is not one of them. Our server Denice or Denise made it very clear that she wanted us to leave. She constantly harrassed us for our check even though my wife made it clear to her that we will sit in for a while, not forever. She consistently stooped by the table interrupting our conversations with questions asking if we were ready, or did we want the bill, or even "I have to leave so can you pay". Outrageous if you ask me. My wife and I wanted a dessert but the way she made us feel, we just eventually paid and left to cold stones. Never in my life should I be rushed to pay for an experience. New location for sure next time!

Food was ok, bake potato was way too salty. Service could’ve been better.

This table stayed dirty the entire time we were here, the entire restaurant seemed a mess. The waiter took long to serve us. The food was tasty but then we waited forever for the check. They gotta get it together.

I was there yesterday 04/02/2024 around 730pm with my 8 yr old daughter and Kaitlin was our server. It took close to 30 mins before our food came. I got a steak and my daughter had a cheese burger (2 people). Mind you the restaurant was at most 50% capacity. Then when my steak came, it was burnt. The whole experience ruined it for my little dinner date with my daughter. Been going to this location for 16 years and now I don't know if I will go again.

It’s pretty great I can stand at the host stand for 15mins and have no one greet me or ask if I need anything. I’ve had multiple workers make eye contact with me but no one can be bothered to ask what I need. I had to go to the bar to have someone actually acknowledge me. If I had to guess the food would be awful based on the “service” they offered tonight. I’d highly recommend not coming to this location unless you want to be ignored. If I could go less than one star I would. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.
