I placed a 160 order for my grandmother's birthday. At the time, customer service was great and cheerful. While I was standing in store a guest had complained his ribs were raw and tuff. I told him to please take his time on mine. Long story short, ribs were in fact raw and suffer than jerky! The $24 tri tip was dry, probably why they tried to package it with juice. They sold me some $6 brownie that actually was so spicy you didn't want to swallow it. No label or markings stating it was made to be that way?! $45 on ribs alone down the drain. Their management if there is one can't handle much other than a skill for argument amd a gift certificate only in the amount of the ribs. If they only knew or whoever owns this knew the turmoil and disappointment it brought to our grandmother's birthday dinner last night, they'd do more then a sad $45 gift certificate! So upset over this.

My husband and I went for the first time. We will definitely be returning. He had the Poblano Burger and was surprised it was real meat and probably handmade. I had the brisket sandwich. The amount of meat was amazing. And the Blueberry BBQ sauce was out of this world. They have six kinds, all homemade if I understood correctly. Be careful- the Hot and Spicy is definitely that. The sweet potato fries were really good and one order was plenty for both of us.

Music was very enjoyable- food was very good- service was as good as it could be for being short. Servers were all very pleasant!
