Long John Silver's

Well the place is filthy , exhaust fans not working, apparently not heat because they had portable space heaters sitting around the dinning room. Apparently when they get too many customers at once the hired help locks the dinning room doors. Witnessed several customers trying to get in but the doors were locked at 2pm.. place is loosing money ....

Food was fresh but they didn't put all my food in the bag and I was on lunch so couldn't go back tried to call no answer at all . So just was out $4 . Went today on lunch and did drive thru the lady at the window was super nice and I told her what happened and she corrected it and was so nice !

My experience at the Long John Silver’s in Plainfield was horrible! The manager was extremely rude and after I paid $10 for a combo he gave me literally a countable seven french fries and a half filled large drink. After going inside to explain my concerns, he then explain to me that what didn’t even cover the bottom of my box was a full order of fries. All of the other employees were very well mannered and helpful but the manager was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The place is run well. Food is good but not happy prices went up so much. I now go less often, little pricey for a lunch place.

They were short staffed but the service was great, the food was fresh and fast and Sara was great. I would definitely go again.

Food was cold...

I came in on a very busy Friday evening before Christmas. The line was around the building. The inside was packed. It was very overwhelming but all in all, the workers did great. I watched them bust their butts for a solid 30 minutes nonstop. There are always negative people but the truth is they were kind, hustling, and my food was great!
