I used to eat Long John silver's a lot when I was a kid, but this is not as good as I remember it. The food tasted like oil — really bad oil, and lots of it. If it weren't for that, I might have actually enjoyed it. Way too much money for too low a quality.
Was good experience fast friendly and clean....
So I went to the closest LJS and it was totally dark inside way before closing time. Then I drove down to the next closest. I tried to go inside. But the door was locked with lights on inside. The employee told us it was policy to to lock the lobby at 8pm. But the drive thru is still open... Fine. It was very hard to hear the person through the speaker. I asked for th Shrimp bowl. It was not available. I ordered the fish tacos. When I got home everything was as ordered and it tasted good. So 5 star rating for the food. The service was as good as policy allowed, 3 stars. I gave a 1 star for atmosphere, because of the lobby closure and the terrible speaker.
Just did drive through. Tasty, melt-in-your-mouth fried fish.
....and then you wonder why your customers leave upset. Because you don't listen when orders are placed! I asked three times what was on the family feast because there was no lighting in the dark & was put on hold each time. Arrived at 6:19 in the drive-up and didn't leave until 6:49 . It won't be long before this place closes its doors.
Omg, the best Long Johns in Albuquerque.
