The tenderloin I had was cooked to temp perfectly. The hash was a bit excessive and merely deep fried shoestring potato, it was made to sound extraordinary. I get better hashbrowns in a mom and pop diner, to be honest. The cabbage was cooked nice. The sauce was actual homemade demi glacé. It had a great flavor, nice and gelatinous. I have to say though that menu says roasted garlic stuffed tenderloin, it contained no such ingredient. The 3 asparagus on the plate were prepped by an amateur the bottom 2 inches of fibrous stringy wood were left on, disgraceful. The crab cakes just had hot sauce plopped on top, it was not elegant and overkill. It really had no presentation. The oysters were lame, just oysters with cheese melted in top and served with fire hot chili’s. One of my oysters contained a lot of shell so I got to chew on rocks. Fortunately for them, my date wouldn’t allow me to complain, but it was a careless, lack of attention and care, with no pride taken in the work. It also lacked any attention to detail or presentation. It was overpriced wannabe gourmet food. I think it’s time the hire an actual chef to run the place. The waiter was great and a good salesman. Overall I was disappointed in the food quality.

Was given a gift card for $240 here - found out there's a reason why I've lived in Knoxville over a decade and have never eaten here. First our silverware was placed directly on the table (gross) and the glasses were smudged and not crystal clean - our waitress just brought water without offering anything else, but the table next to us were offered a variety including sparkling water. The food was so bland. Ordered two Caesar salads, came out just leaves on a plate - no croutons, barely any dressing, Romaine lettuce looked straight from the garden it had no flavor at all - my son didn't even eat his - and she did take that off our bill so there was that. The rainbow trout was decent but not remarkable and no where near the price. The lamb chops were not seasoned, the hasselback potatoes were undercooked, underseasoned. Plain white salt brought out in a tiny bowl - haha I get using a Salt Well - but if you're going to do that, use good salt. Himalayan, Celtic sea salt, but just putting Mortons white salt in a bowl doesn't make it fancy. Our bill was $199 - my gift card was $240 - The waitress had some confusion with using the gift card - not sure why because I gave her my the gift card plus my credit card in case they had a policy about covering a tip with the gift card - so it would have been a $41 tip (20%) - so the manager came over and verbatim said "and now for the ugly business of the check" as if I had complained or was somehow unable to pay the bill. - I've been to lots of fine dining experiences all over the world, all over Europe, Asia, etc. and the US and never have I ever had someone present the bill with negativity. Neither had I complained about the bill to the waitress - SHE was the one who couldn't figure out how to process the gift card. Just from start to finish the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Yes, it's unique but it isn't tasty or elegant or worth the price. Not for the food, not for the experience. Actually, the only thing good I can say about the entire experience was the high quality steak knives were AMAZING. That's it. Will never go again.

First time dinner date, did not know what to expect, for I'm not the typical patron of such a facility. The service was exceptional! Our sever Reugenia (sp) was phenomenal! She explained the menu choices thoroughly, suggested particular options with ease, had an amazingly warm, friendly disposition, which all made the experience comfortable and welcoming! Food was superb, had flair with a tad of heat, which provided remarkable flavor!

Regnnie was our waitress. She was excellent at explaining the dishes and dealing with all our allergies and confirming choices with the cooks. Very pleasant experience and celebration. Definitely recommend and recommend you ask for Regnnie. She’s awesome! Dietary restrictions: They are awesome at going over restrictions and adjusting everything!
