Best place to get tacos in Fort Lauderdale!

This has to be my favourite restaurant in Lauderdale. A wonderful ambiance, and a gorgeous view of the ocean (if you get a table outside or close to it). I’d recommend a table close to the sidewalk but under the roof in case of rain, then you get the best of all worlds. Our waitress was Britany this last visit and she was upbeat, fast and very accommodating to our requests. I loved the grouper with the coriander salad, however I did have to send back the salad as it was SUPER spicy/hot (chily oil?). Without the chili oil it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had! Totally recommend this place!

This place is over hyped. There is better stuff around the area.

The interior of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, so it's a very romantic vibe inside, especially since it was raining outside. We ordered the crispy bacon guac, brisket quesadilla, and tacos Al pastor. Everything was delicious and came out quickly. The prices were very reasonable, especially for a restaurant on the beach. I'd come here again anytime if I'm near Ft. Lauderdale beach and craving Mexican.

So this was the plate we got - a grouper on a bed of cauliflower with a branch of cilantro. They consider this a “salad” because of a drizzle of chili out on top. It literally looks like you went to your nearest grocery store, plucked a branch of cilantro and slapped it on the plate. From a Hispanic to the audience reading this… Cilantro is a condiment. Cilantro is what your sprinkle above your food. Especially in Mexican Cuisine. It’s the equivalent of getting a rosemary salad or a parsley salad or a mint salad… well you get the point. Extremely off - But then again, who am I?
