Logan's Roadhouse

Well, we were seated as soon as we walked in the door but after 15 minutes in an almost bare restaurant, I had to ask the hostess/manager is someone was going to come take our drink order. Another server was kinda rude as she was standing near the manager by her tone when she stated, “I'll come take your drink order” as we walked back to the table with my family. Then this server stated “ let me get your drink order and I’ll see if ‘she’ has any one to take your order. And if not, I guess I’ll take your ores when I’m free”. At that point we just decided to leave and ended up with not the greatest fast.. I was looking forward to some chicken finder and my wife the ribs. We’ve had better experiences each time we visited before. We are from Kansas City. I give one state for being seated fast. Please inform your servers never to make the comment “if we have time to take your order” to any guests!!

This use to be my favorite place to eat . I drove two hours to take my daughter here for her birthday. Let’s start off with the service was terrible it was earlier in the afternoon so service should have been better. Let’s talk about the food . Throw everything in the trash ordered fried mushrooms for appetizer soaked in oil waitress took them and brought back even worst set of fried mushrooms like they refried them again . Do yourself a favor and find a different restaurant.

The service was relaxed, but staff cared about doing a good job. They asked if my drink was too sour and fixed it. The steak was beautifully seasoned but a tiny bit too rare. They touched it up (I hate sending things back) and it was perfect. The mashed potatoes and broccoli were both perfect. Very happy!

Sat night bartenders sucked. All the 2 women did was wash glasses. Walk right by u several times no recognition. Waited for ever. Finally a guy named Chris jumped in and saved several customers without Chris they may as well shut the bar down several customers left oh ya they grabbed left behind dinner rolls from another customer and served them to us

The food was awesome they always got my order correct
