Logan's Roadhouse

Took 15 min to be greeted by our server, another 10 to get 2 pcs of bread and our drinks (softdrinks), and then another 40 to get our food, which we ordered when we got our drinks. We will not be back.

Service was horrible. Sat in an area, only person there another waiter on a different side had to inform the waiter that I was at her table. Once waiter acknowledged me it was 10 to 15 minutes later. Ordered a drink, chicken wings, and fries. Took another 10 minutes to bring my drink. Once I received my food, I only received my chicken wings which were horrible, asked about my fries waiter caught an attitude. Tried to charge me for something I did not receive. Asked for the manager and she was no better. I do not recommend this place. Service was horrible.

The only reason food didn't get a 5 star was they were out of Meatloaf and porkchops. Said waiting on delivery As a Restaurant Manager I understand but lil disappointed for my dad because it was his birthday

The food is typically good but I was disappointed this go round. We were like the 2nd group of ppl seated after opening so we figured everything would great. The complimentary rolls were not even warm. I ordered fish and chips and it was four cod nuggets on a bed of fries. Thoroughly disappointed. Had the artichoke dip... it was a thousand chips for a half cup of dip. The spicy sauce on the new shrimp appetizers was good but the presentation and the excess sauce overwhelm it all. This was an unusual experience for me at Logans. But customer service was awesome. Manny was training a new guy and they both were very good. It made the experience a bit better.

Was seated at a table after waiting 25 minutes, fortunately at the bar and ordered Drinks for my wife and I along with an appetizer. We were notified that our table was ready. We were seated at a table and we brought our drinks and our appetizer. Nobody showed up at our table after waiting another 25 minutes. NO SERVICE AT ALL. Extremely disappointed .

An unsuspecting gem! I haven't tried the same thing twice and I haven't found something I didn't love yet. Hands down best service in town even when they're slammed.

The happy hour meal is so much to choose from. Delicious
