Cannot get over how good this burger is the Palmer House lobby is incredibly beautiful to sit in. Great place to people watch. But OH all I’m thinking about is the burger. I ordered it medium well and it was perfect. So peppery! Will be back for that for sure.

Tradition. One expensive drink before exploring Chicago for our holiday tour. Lots of seating, not enough servers.

Food and service were slow but satisfactory. The atmosphere is fantastic!

We've spent lots of time at Lockwood's Restaurant & Bar, both as guests and as after-show patrons. The atmosphere is always lively with the hotel guests and the staff is great. The service is professional and Chicago City grade. We love the drink and wine selections. I always look forward to climbing the steps into the lobby for a great evening.

몇명인지 물으러 오지 않길래 어떻게 하면 되냐고 물었더니 어디든 앉으면 주문을 받으러 올 거라고 하면서 메뉴판을 주더라고요. 쓰레기가 올려져 있는 테이블 하나만 비어있길래 일단 앉았는데 직원은 테이블을 치워주지도 않고, 메뉴판에 있는 커피와 브라우니를 주문했더니 저기 가서 알아서 갖다 먹으라고 했어요 ㅋㅋ 20분째 아직도 테이블 안치워주고 아직도 주문 안받아주고 있는데 ㅋㅋ 뭐지? 인종차별인가? Felipe는 우리 서버가 아니었지만 기분 나빠하는 저를 보고 대신 주문을 받아줬어요. 메뉴 주문하는데 돈 드는데 괜찮겠냐고 물어서 어이는 없었지만 ㅋㅋ 우리 서버 이름은 Javier(?)라고 했는데 누구신진 모르겠지만 서비스 최악이네요. 이런 푸대접 처음 받아봐요 ㅋㅋ
