I have been shopping here for over 15 years. The staff is the best!!! Helpful and kind. I love that they support small food maker brands.

Was banned from store for buying groceries. Never did anything wrong. We were told we were banned indefinitely. Denied to buy groceries. We believe it was discrimination. Will be reported to human rights.

I ordered a hot lunch from the counter. Quickly cancelled the order after seeing the server deal with her runny nose. Spoiler..no tissue available.

The pricing at this store is OUTRAGEOUS! 6.99 for 1.5L of milk that Walmart sells for 5.28 and metro sells for 5.79!? Eska water is 7.99! It’s only 5.99 at metro and regularly goes on sale for 3$ per case at metro. I wanted to purchase 2 oranges but when the total was 7$ I put them back. They’re also infamous for not updating the system weekly to reflect sale prices and argue the scanning code of practice when something rings up at 7.99 that was on sale for 4.99. I will no longer be a regular shopper at this store.

I've been coming here for years. A very convenient supermarket, fresh produce and meats. But the customer service has BECOME atrocious. I'm spending a lot of money and I'm at the checkout and they're starting to treat their customers life thieves and lairs. It's extremely stressful, uncalled for and rude. Also, I was there with my young daughter recently and a customer accidentally dropped a really badly loosely packaged salad and they called him an extremely derogatory and EXTREMELY offensive word. To ask that could hear. Nice staff. Unreal.
