Quality of products have gone downhill. Items are always expired in the dairy section. They now check everyone leaving because they think everyone is stealing.

Hi South keys Ottawa, was just in your store. Inquired which staff if any of the ready made food was being reduced ( the chillers were filled) was told that they were told no food was to be reduced in price. Wow. So I guess it is more profitable for you to throw out food ( since your closed tomorrow) that would expire and have to be thrown in the garbage. And you wonder why so many have signed up to boycott you. I think they may be right Profit before helping struggling people. Wow. BRW, the staff in that department were nothing but rude and seemed more concerned about washing their dishes tann dealing with a customer. What a fail when you’ve already got such a hill to climb. No wonder
