Seriously fantastic dinner! Happened to be walking by and saw the diners eating in the windows. From the bread to the homemade pasta it was so good. Do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant!

This used to be fresh pesto ricotta gnocchi, as you can see it’s gone. The chef Mike was awesome and came out to talk to every customer that walked in and came to check up on everyone as well, as such it was very welcoming and warm. The kitchen is open to see and the overall restaurant was clean. The service was great and we only waited for ten or so minutes after ordering. While we were waiting they brought out bread and olives with a bread dipping sauce. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend.

The BEST homemade pasta with an incredibly friendly and inviting staff. Chef Mike is keeping things authentic and delectable; using fresh ingredients and inventive specials. In a world full of restaurants using frozen foods, this place was a fantastic contrast to the norm. We had a wonderful dinner and experience at this charming North End location.

Make this your first stop when visiting the North end!!!!!!!!! The menu is hand crafted and delightfully detailed by Chef Mike!!! The food was the most flavorful and wonderful tasting food, and last but certainly not least the hospitality of Chef Mike and his entire staff was attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere! This restaurant should absolutely be top 5 Boston Italian restaurants on google search!

Great Food. Everything is good. Recommend the arancini for an appetizer. Service is good enough for anyone. The prices are very reasonable and there are usually tables open; it's never too busy

Amazing experience from start to finish! We recently dined at Lo Conte's with a group of 14 friends for a birthday celebration. Chef Mike and his staff provided personal service that is rare to find in such busy restaurant in the North End. Not only did he recommend a nearby bakery to bake the birthday cake, he even sent a staff member to pick it up at the bakery before we arrived! He personally stopped by our table to provide menu recommendations, all of which were delicious. Some of the group favorites were the mussels, the meatballs and calamari and shrimp appetizers, and pasta with homemade bolognese, chicken parmesan and chicken picatta for entrees. He even offers a gluten-free pasta option. The flavors were amazing, the portions were generous and prices were very reasonable. P.S. I was reluctant to write this review because I fear that if word gets out, this hidden gem in the North End will have a line out the door! Everyone in our group is already looking forward to planning another visit! Parking: Parking lot around the corner, 2 minute walk.

This place truly lived up to the expectations. We were welcomed in the most entertaining way. Exceptional Italian food. They surprised us with a full course shareable menu tailored to our liking. The ambience and service was top on. The owner, chef and the service team were all very friendly as well. Would highly recommended this place for anyone looking to have great Italian food in Boston.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I have been coming here for over 17 years and tonight took the cake! There is a NEW CHEF in town and the food was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend and you have MY WORD YOU WILL BE SOOOOO HAPPY THAT YOU FOUND THE VERY BEST PLACE IN THE NORTH END!
