We tried plenty of food here, the ceviche and the scallops were wonderful. The steak was okay and the katsu curry was okay but definitely not worth the price for $40. Service was not meeting the expectations as it was more on the fancier side. We were waiting to get our water filled, and not attentive enough to get their lowest tip which is 20%. Knowing that we get the bare minimum, although the bartender, she’s very friendly and nice
The katsu is definitely the highlight of my meal. The chocolate tart could be better, the flavor is a bit blend and less rich as expected. The overall service is good, could wait a bit longer to ask me get the check since it’s not packed in the restaurant and I sit at the bar alone. Would come back to try for sure!
Incredible dinner - three course fixed meal between two served family style. All dishes were outstanding - fluke small plate and wagyu main at the top. Our waiter made our whole experience. He was so well versed in the drink and dinner menu and opened our eyes to a wine paring that made the food that much more exceptional. A must go! Great Peruvian Japanese fusion restaurant.
We had a great time for brunch and got the prefix. Service was great and pretty spacious. Open kitchen had decent ventilation but we still kind smelled smoky after. But the sky light provided really nice lighting and was cool to see food prep. We liked the scallops, calamari, katsu, and tres leche. Wagyu was overcooked and the chocolate tart was very bland, instead of cream some gelato would’ve been better. Tuna melt looked really good will have to try that next time.
One of my favorite places for cocktails. Food is overpriced and just okay.
