Customer service is horrible, the values are more expensive than the other franchises, there is less food than usual.

they are never open. don’t waste your time going here because every time i go they’re closed

The meat, beef short ribs and chicken lack flavor, chicken could have been cooked longer. The macaroni salad really lacked flavor. The rice was cooked properly. Very mediocre, I’ve had much better Hawaiian BBQ.

Don’t buy food from this l&l, you’re better off making the drive to the Millbrae one. This is the amount of food they give out now.
