My favorite is the chicken Katsu!!!

There were a couple of things that made this experience not so pleasant. 1.) I placed an order line and it said it was ready for pick up between 12:14 - 12:19 and it wasn't. 2.) They did not have chicken katsu sauce. 3.) The floors were filthy and slippery.. I see why it's rated 3.9, I personally will not be coming back or recommending this specific location.

The food is the best. Employee's have no personality, they never pick up the phone to place order...

The l&l’s employee had given me the wrong bag. As a person who works in the food industry, you must know which food belongs to which customer. She didn’t know and gave me the wrong bag. As I went back after realizing it’s not my bag. The cook decided to try to blame it on me and make me feel bad. Again, as a worker of the industry, you must know whose food is whose. It’s not the customers faults, it’s the employees for not knowing whose food it is. Also, the fries were poorly made.

If you want flies on your food, this is the spot. Also the sauces bottles are nasty and dirty

A Samoan friend suggested I try this L & L. I frequent Ohana on Melrose. The first thing I noticed was my the sticky floor under my boots. While I waited, I noticed unswept floors, tables needing wiping down, furniture in disrepair. If the front of the house is dirty,, usually kitchen is worse. I was the only customer. Got my food quick, which means it wasn't fresh of the grill. So the place was dirty and the food wasn't fresh. I won't be going back. Try Ohana on Melrose in Vista. WAY MO BETTER !!

Love this place! Staff is super cool people! It’s my go to spot! 10/10
