L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Love it from the moment I stepped in. We ordered two items plates and their chicken fried rice, the portions were huge. The owner/cashier was incredible! She greeted you and made you at home. I can’t wait to be back.

The food here is amazing!!! I got the seafood plate, the mahi maki is so good. Also get some pepsi to go with your meal it just makes the meal that much better.

As an island boy (born in Guam) coming from an Asian background, Hawaiian food always knows how to satisfy my deepest cravings from fried katsu to BBQ Galbi Ribs. They give out generous portion sizes compared to the prices and the food always comes out piping hot. Whenever I'm craving a home cooked meal, this place has to be in my Top 5. Parking: Shares parking with the plaza so there's plenty of parking

I mean how can you go wrong with a loco moco plate. Everything about it was delicious. The meat patties were grilled nicely. Good flavor. The gravy was on point, super tasty. The eggs were cooked perfectly, with yolk dripping all over the rice and meat when cut into. The rice was perfectly cooked. The Mac salad...come on now !!! Is it really the star of the show !!! Loved it !! Loco moco....if you know it..go get this one !!

I had stayed away from L & L because I thought that their food had become too "Americanized". This particular restaurant is as close to authentic as it can get. I was born and raised in Hawaii, so I know what real hawaiian food should taste like.

Food was not good.

It has been a while since I ordered from this place, I always order to go because the place just feels cramped and always warm inside. Customer service is always professional and they get your order out in a timely manner. I ordered the BBQ chicken mini and spam musubi. No complaints about the musubi, was fresh, hot, and the spam to rice ratio was good. They gave me a lot more chicken than I remembered for a mini but the chicken was dry and was warm. If I hadn't known better, I would think they reheated an old pile of chicken from the day before. Definitely not an experience that makes me want to come back anytime soon. I would prefer fresh chicken and less pieces than a pile of old meat reheated from the fridge.
