Living room Coffeehouse RSD

This Rancho living room location is fantastic! My family and I came in this last Sunday and we were amazed to see how beautiful the place was and how helpful everyone was, especially Tina! We were kindly greeted by her when we walked in and she was so helpful in letting us know that we can ask our server about any items that might not be on the menu because we had little kids with us that were picky eaters. Tina kept checking in on us and making sure everything was going well for us during our stay. The entire atmosphere of the place and the great food we were served was absolutely amazing as well! The staff there is super helpful, kind and patient and we were extremely happy with our visit, we will definitely be coming back again!

Don't order the ahi tuna, it's cooked well done. Rest of the food was decent, went for breakfast and lunch, but they're open all day long; wide coffee and gelato selection. Liquor, beer, wine available.

The food was great and the coffee was terrific! I highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Sandwich and the "Caramel by the Sea" Coffee. Very nice interior design, as well as timely and helpful service.

Mixed Feelings: My husband and I had been eagerly anticipating our visit to The Living Room Café on Jamacha in Rancho, and finally got the chance to stop by after a doctor's appointment. We understood that the café was new and expected some growing pains, especially since they were quite busy. Unfortunately, despite the delicious flavors of the dish we ordered, our experience was dampened by significant issues. The Lox Benedict, which initially tasted wonderful, was marred by the presence of an entire half of an eggshell in it. This mishap not only disrupted my meal but also caused me considerable discomfort, as I ended up gagging on pieces of the shell. Given the lengthy 30-minute wait and the unsettling experience with my meal, we felt compelled to ask for a refund. While we wanted to love this place and even considered bringing my mother here for Mother's Day, we've reluctantly decided against returning. We genuinely hope the café can iron out these issues, as the potential for great food is there, but the execution needs serious attention.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They were not busy at all and took over an hour to take our order while other people got their food who sat down 20 minutes after us. Super unorganized, super disrespectful, and I will never come back here ever again. Our kid is literally crying he's so hungry while we've everyone else around us has been served.

staff are wonderful and very caring. The Food is delicious, and the atmosphere felt like you are eating by the beach! such a fresh and great addition to Rancho San Diego. Need to hire more staff for sure

Amazing food and great ambiance

Perfect for a brunch or coffee date with friends!

I've been going to multiple living room locations for a while now, and when I heard rancho location was opening I was over the moon. The food, drinks and service were impeccable. I ordered a hazelnut latte and funghi pizza and both were amazing, and beat any italian place in downtown. And even though they were beyond busy with a line out the door, since it was a Sunday, they were still very attentive and got to our table and brought our food out in an amazing matter of time, and were beyond courteous. If you're looking for an amazing night out whether it's a date night, family and friends night, they have everything you need; from amazing food to amazing drinks (this is coming from someone who's not a big drinker) Never once been disappointed and can never be disappointed by any of the living room cafes.

I've been waiting to visit this location for a while and loved it! I usually go to one in college area after classes to get a study break in, so having one closer to home is great! Dropped by in the morning for coffee which never disappoints and loved the consistency between locations. It was packed as can be, but was seated and tended to so fast. The staff is always so lovely and caring. I'm looking forward to coming back for dinner, ive seen the ambiance at night and it looks great!
