Liuyishou Hotpot Richmond

All you can eat at Liuyishou is a steal deal. Workers are very nice and welcoming to customers and always help when needed. The food is very good quality and they have a wide range of variety to choose from if you have dietary restrictions. The soup base selections are very good. I recommend coming here!!

One star is too much for this restaurant!!! The food for tonight wasn’t ok. My stomach is feeling upset now. The service was bad, we couldn’t order by ourselves with paper or iPad, it had to order with a waitress. The atmosphere wasn’t ok, too loud and noisy. The waitress was very annoying, always standing there and watching us. Additionally, no one cleaning the restroom, it’s so dirty and disgusting. They didn’t know how to separate the bill and return the change in cash! We were standing there in 20mins for this simple thing. And also the ac was on making me very cold! Hot pot supposed to be warm and feel hold but at the end I was cold!

When they first started their AYCE menu we visited right away. It was great value to just get the standard menu. It had beef tongue and scallops! However, we visited again last Friday only to find they changed their menu. They no longer offer beef tongue and scallops in the standard menu.... so $40per person just for regular hotpot wasn't so attractive anymore. I think we won't return anymore. Service is nice and food is fresh but nothing special unless you go with the premium option...
