Popped in here whilst on holiday to entertain the kids for a couple of hours. I was charged £4.25 for a cup of tea!!!!!! TEA!!!!!!!! I’m presuming I keep the tiny tea pot for that price???

This venue seems to have changed ownership in the last couple of years and sadly it has declined. This was previously the best soft play venue in the area. It tended to be quieter, with decent food, and comfy spacious seating areas for families. Now they've crammed many more sofas and tables in so there's less room for the kids to play, and it feels noisier and busier. The range of food has also become smaller and less interesting. The play equipment is still the same, but the overall experience is now less enjoyable. Such a shame.

Great fun for the young one's, my grandson loves it, and not to expensive.

Frequent here often as the daughter loves it, but whilst opening her Easter present from a relative (she hadn't even finished opening it) we were promptly and rudely told by a member of staff outside food is not allowed. We were well aware of this fact and my daughter hadn't even opened any of the Easter eggs, said member of staff then watched her to make sure everything was put back in the bag. On the rare occasion any staff speak when we visit it's in a rude and abrupt manner which I usually decide to overlook but from now on will be visiting elsewhere for soft play. Over priced and sadly gone too far downhill now with the new owners to keep spending hard earned money here.

Took my grandson here on Thursday after school, firstly it is majorly overpriced, we arrived at 4.20pm not knowing it was closing at 530pm, it was £9.95 to get in which is extortionate for such a small soft play. We went inside and it is just dirty and tired, the sofas are disgusting, it smells in there. There was no atmosphere whatsoever. The 2 members of staff were cleaning, when I say cleaning, they used the same mop without cleaning it throughout the entire place, they were turning lights off, we were made to feel like we need to leave after being there for 20 mins, the food and drinks are seriously over priced, minimum spend of £5 if paying by card! Won’t be going there again, also my grandson has now got conjunctivitis which I can only think he contracted it from there, the cleaning standards were not great! Save your money and don’t go here.
