Nice thin crust pizza

I called this place, to place my order. And the cashier was so rude. He keep rushing me off the phone not allowing me to order. Third time calling he hung up on me. My wife is from Jamaica so I wanted her to try this place that I growed eating. So I went in the store to place my order. And the guy that hung up on me was at the register, and he was like the manger in a meeting he not going to want to see you. After ordering and waiting 30 min. The manager came to see me. The manger was so rude and unprofessional. He told me the guy I was dealing with is a sweet kind guy and he didn’t do anything. The manager then walked off on me while I was talking. My brother is a cop in Athens and have worked security for this place for over 15 years I have never experienced this in the past from this place. I will never eat at this place again.

Best Pizza in the Athens area.

The pizza was very good. Our problem was with service. We were in town for a concert and decided to eat at Little Italy. My brother and his wife were in the order line in front of us. They placed their order and then we placed our order immediately after for the exact same pizza. Their order number was called very shortly after we sat down. My wife and I waited for 20 minutes for our pizza. I went over to the counter and asked if they could check on our order. The young man who was working the register came over, looked around, said “here it is” then looked at me and said “pizza takes time!” He then stormed off. His attitude was incredibly rude and self righteous - very much like he was doing us a favor by allowing us to eat in the establishment. To their credit, we spoke with the young lady and young man (assume they were managers) at the front as we were leaving. They were very courteous and apologized for the problem, even offering to provide a free meal in the future. I would definitely eat at this location again. However, if the condescending young man who we dealt with was at the register, I would definitely turn and walk away. If I had thought, I would have taken a picture of this guy and posted it on this site in order to protect future customers from his attitude. Our sincere thanks to the managers who were so courteous and professional while speaking with us. We also offer our condolences to the mangers for having to supervise this guy as part of their work duties.

Real THICK crust slices, huge!

Downtown Athens, Ga location. We came in right at closing time last night (1:45am February 8th), the guy cooking pizza was great. Was definitely the best pizza we have ever bought. He knows how to build a pizza and cook it right. Thanks.

I ordered a slice of mushroom pizza. What I got was a slice of cheese pizza that was cold and the cheese confirmed that. It had been sitting out for hours. The mushrooms were uncooked and tossed in there like it was a salad. Is this the standard? So confused.. why wasn’t it heated up? It wasn’t busy in there.. awful. And the workers didn’t seem like that would take my criticism.. so I left. Gas station microwave pizza is better
