Non-existent customer service. Came in with my family and no one ever came to take our order.

Delicious, was served in a timely manner, and waiter was sweet! Would definitely go again!

Beef Pasanda not worth a $20 price. Dried up pieces of overcooked beef meatballs that literally tasted like charcoal.

I love the lamb saag and garlic naan. This place really nailed the recipe and gets their orders out quickly. My only criticism is the portions for take out are a little light. Increase the rice portion and top off the entree container and I would have no complaints.

If this review was just for the iced chai latte and the veggie pakora, it would be an easy five stars. Both were fantastic and stunningly presented. The rest of the food (saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan) was good, just not our favorite Indian food. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the neighborhood. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was great. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a double front door to get through. The doors are moderate weight and there’s not a lot of room to maneuver between the two doors. There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom in the back, they were quick to show us where it was. It has grab bars and plenty of room to maneuver, although sink access was blocked by storage. The main bathrooms would be very hard to navigate with any type of mobility aid, other than a cane. The door handles throughout are beautiful and ornate, but make it difficult to grab if you have limited hand function. There doesn’t appear to be any wheelchair accessible parking in the back lot. Came today to try your food at 9:45 pm when your bussines page says that you close at 11 the host told me that cannot order take out food when they was still serving other people, I guess you should update your bussines hours or at least put a note until when you can take orders. Thanks!

Two stars is honestly generous here. We've done take out the last two times we've had Little India. Both times, our order has taken significantly longer than the estimated "ready" time. We order ahead online and live right around the corner. This most recent time I arrived early and was planning to sit there and wait. No big deal. When I walked in there were maybe a few tables dining in so I thought to myself "great, shouldn't take too long" -- placed our order at 5:40, it was estimated to be ready at 6:24 and I didn't walk out of there until 7pm. The staff member working the front knew I was there waiting and I even checked in on the status of our food around 6:35 -- he claimed it was almost ready. Got our food home and it was literally cold we had to reheat everything. For around $20 per entree this is not worth it. For delivery/pickup orders you have the option for a free cocktail with your entree which is also not worth it, they taste horrible. They really skimped on rice and naan compared to other indian restaurants we've ordered from -- likely the cheapest parts of the meal. Save your time and money and pick somewhere else.
