Little Haiti Paté Kode

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE ...Husband has been wanting Haitian food, so we visited this place. Upon walking in, there were 2 customers (one waiting on his food, the other picking up his order). My husband ordered rice and fried plantains. The lady behind the counter said there's only a little left, so she shared out the remaining rice in 2 containers for us. Upon waiting 10 mins on the fried plantains, a couple walked in and started speaking French to the lady behind the counter. When our plantains were ready, we got ready to cash out when she told us we could not have the rice because the rice was for the lady who had just walked. How could this be when we placed our order way before her, she justed walked in and placed her order. We walked out. It's such a shame when you try to support businesses who choose their own people over others. That was a very bad experience, and we will NEVER support this business nor recommend anyone to eat her.

Been coming here for YEARS and today I stood and heard the two staff talking trash about me. If you look like you don't understand them they talk badly about you. It's not cool at all I've been with my haitian husband for 23 years speak how you want but know just because I don't day anything doesn't mean I don't know. Absolutely disappointed and definitely not coming back after that. Ordered the same thing 5 pate and one medium Lalo with white rice waited 25 minstrel for people to talk out their neck to me just trying to pick up my food.

I will never go back to this place not would I ever recommend getting Haitian food here there are better places than this. There’s an hour to hour and a half wait for anything regardless of what you’re getting. I also ordered a drink there and they sent me aa drink that went bad. I was soo disgusted because I could’ve gotten food poisoning and ended up at the hospital. I would never come back here and I recommend you NEVER visit this place.

This place patty is amazing!! However the waiting is disgusting. Like why I’m waiting an 1 hr just for me to get a patty. I am also well aware other customer orders and things happens however na. Y’all need to do better with this time. Hire more people, get a bigger place idk do something but that wait time. Lost my business. Big mad.

Three weeks ago I ordered Lalo, it was absolutely disgusting. I had to eat the rice with the beans sauce alone, because the Lalo which is the most expensive thing on the menu was inedible. Today I went back, I was going to get rice by itself, but I got it with Legume, big freaking mistake. I drove 30 minutes just to be served spoiled/ sour taste food. How you increase the price but decrease in quality. Very unethical to serve spoiled food that can potentially cause harm to your customers.

Food can be better,but the pate kode is everything, i wish they had more cashier.but the legumes and alo be good.
