Pizzas over cooked they don't answer the phone for call in orders and if they do answer it rings for like 10mins

I went to get dinner at 8:15pm and was told they are not taking any more orders that was almost 2 hours before they closed.

It was really packed inside the lobby. I ordered and they said about 10 minutes and 10 minutes became 40 mins. I been waiting for almost an hour.
