Drove from Hamilton to the Trenton location cause the ones in Hamilton takes 45 minutes to get uncooked pizza we heard this one was a good one and they didn't disappoint only to 20 minutes and the pizza was cooked
I just love little Caesars. I've contacted cooperate on some minor issues and they've always excelled. But come on, we all know this isn't health food. Update, come on with the deep dish, I want that crunchy crust not missing dough
Lazy idiots. Waited 45 minutes for crazy bread that was sitting in the hot ready cabinet. No customer service
Didn't have gloves on while preping food, my food was poorly prepared, soggy and didn't answer when I called to complain about my order all around terrible experience
Update: I've since increased the rating as service seems to have gotten better lately. This place used to be pretty good. Anymore, though, it's a guess whether the food will be decent. More often than not their online ordering will be down. The most recent issue I had was ordering a pizza right as they opened. I arrived and there was another customer in line. Apparently the credit card machine was down so neither of us could get our food. It ended up going to waste. One would think, since it was no fault of the customer's, that they would be able to receive their food regardless. I guess it's okay to waste a customer's time so you don't lose out on $10 for your subpar pizza.
Edit: used to be better, just wasted 45 min waiting on a pizza and crazy bread....aren't they supposed to be hot and ready??? Nobody there seemed to care I was even there until 2 more customers showed up...then the 30 min wait for my food...Dominoes is right down the street Old review....Always quick and good pizzas!!!
Always reset customer expectations even if it's "I'll be with you in just a few minutes.." The team seemed slammed and was working hard in the heat. The food was excellent. I would return again, however I hope that I won't be standing in the lobby with my food in the heat lamp for 10 minutes while I wait for service.. Thanks for your efforts.
I tried calling the Trenton location nine times to place an order the only response I got was that their voice box wasn't set up to receive messages never could get through to place an order I gave up and I didn't go this is not the first time it happens quite often
