Used the mobile order. Workers ignored me, didn't need help but when I make eye contact in most establishments employees usually say hi or greet. This guy looked annoyed at me despite me being mobile and needing no help. Italian cheese bread was made perfectly. Crazy bread was baked perfectly, but not seasoned or brushed with oil. Not even all separated. Super disappointing. Probably won't be back. Hard to mess up crazy bread but here we are.

Some of the worst customer service we’ve ever dealt with. My husband called to confirm an order for delivery and the man he talked to was dismissive and clearly ignorant about the workflow of his own place of employment. There are so many other Little Caesars around. Use a different one.
Very dirty inside, almost lost my footing on the way in due to the floor having flour on it, the counter also had a heavy dusting of flour on it as well. I tried making an online order for pick up but it wouldnt go through, so i called it in on the way. Upon arrival (after the time he said they would be ready) the pizza wasnt finished for another 10 minutes, even though it was supposed to be one of the always hot and ready pepperoni. After i paid (soda and cheese sticks added) i realized the price was 5 dollars more than it was online so i pulled out my phone and showed him the online price and my receipt, asked why the online order didnt go through and why he was charging more than online prices and he told he turned off online orders so he could charge more than corporate prices.
I place an order of 10 pizzas and they hit it done within 20 mins. Love their customer service!!
