Little Caesars Pizza

On Monday April 15,2024 at 4:34pm Restaurant was empty no customers i when inside the Restaurant to Order and the person name Lamar Employee on the Counter came to me ask me to order not even said Good afternoon at all and i think is not educated dont know if he's the manager or regular employee but don't have skills on how to help a Customer at all or any people then even even with Clothed Cover all his face.Then i show him my phone with the Order i need that the special is in the website that i want that deal that shows $16.99 it comes with Pepperoni Pizza Cheese Breadstick and Chicken Wings and he tell me you need to order online so i left to my car to order online and the website is terrible on how to choose your food ,i choose the Item deal and dont have to added quick right on the cart to paid you have to enter first and zipcode of the area then it show me that in that location don't have the special and then when i go back and tell him why he did not tell me this before i when to my car then on second time i go inside even the restaurant is full of customers so had to wait even more too and he should tell me this on the beginning and take the time to answer my question that way i don't loose my time also then when i see prices on the website if is not special prices are more $$ money the website is not easy at all on how to order and choose what you need it should have were said applycode to added on the cart correctly and from there then you do next step but is not at all is so complicated.Also in the door did not have hand sanitizer was empty.I think Employee's need to take the time also to listen to the Customers i understand there busy but the customers always want a better service and that the employee take the time to listen correctly i think they need little training on how to Work with Customers.

Pizza Portal style pickup but was glad that everything was cooked and not raw. Did a pizza and crazy sauce. I didnt have sauce with my order from the pizza portal. The person that I asked for sauce looked at me funny and walked away not saying anything. The next lady I asked went into the back and asked for sauce and eventually I received what I ordered. Bad customer service and 50/50 if the food is cooked correctly but this time came out good.

Called after order was delivered for lunch 2 pm. Was told manager not in until 4 pm. Called after that and was told no manager today. Explains why unsupervised pizza cooks made a mess out of my order. Clumps of Italian spices on 2 pieces of slices and stix ( stix side) and not sprinkled evenly over the pie. Cut into erratic slices ( not squares or wedges) it was a mess. My grandson ( who loves any pizza) said he wasn't hungry when we opened the box. This was almost a $40 order thrown together.

This is a 5 star review for my 4/4/24 order/trip. Usually Little Caesars is a huge hit or miss. More of a miss for me than hits. But oh my word, lasts night's order was PERFECT! I had spent $50 and was feeding a family of 13. Everyone was happy and LOVED the food! Cheese was perfect, not overcooked, the crust was soft, and it was this way for everything I ordered! Thank you for making my money feel worth it for a change and giving me a happy family night with my kids!

The employees working are extremely unprofessional, rude and could care less about proving quality service. Order was not taken correctly, was made to wait longer than told. Then, the order was incorrect. When I voiced my displeasure the manager Latasha was beyond rude, blaming me for "not being specific enough" with my order and stating "how am I supposed to know what you eat?", when I told her they gave me food that is against dietary restrictions. She made a fuss when I said I wanted a refund rather than wait 15 min longer for my correct order. This place is a disaster and I recommend no one gives them their business. Ever. I ordered a simple cheese pizza and crazy bread. Apparently that was to difficult make.

Gave me a burnt hot and ready that I didn’t check until I got home but was inedible guy was rude to the person before me and just look at me what you want

Trash covered parking lot and burnt food.

Went to the dewey ave location...the worker at the counter made me feel as tho I was bothering her and was rushing me thru the order...
