Food quality dropped SIGNIFICANTLY while prices LEAPT up high. Customer service can't even be called a joke because it's not funny, it's just sorry. No one answers the phone, you can be waiting 10 mins or so for an online pick up because they didn't place it in the pick-up hub so you have to wait in line. The atmosphere is depressing. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
My only complaint is that there is never any hot n fresh pizzas ready they only have the one with a lot of pepperoni on it available at a higher cost, clever little Caesars, very clever
We arrived on time to pick up our pizza at 6:50 in the evening and we didn't leave there until 7:20 so we called it in got there on time and it took him over an hour to make the pizza. It shouldn't stay open if they don't have enough people to work there or they don't have any people that are competent enough to do their job correctly what kind of management is this
“Who let the kids make my pizza “ I like the pizza the service was OK but oh my God the pizza looks crazy. I think they need to go to Pizza school for making pizzas I would put a picture, but it would not let me put a picture they threw the pizza together toppings just laid on top of toppings sauce all over the box inside the box but the pizza is good. It’s just sloppy presentation people presentation.
Hot and Ready, just like advertised.
Ordered online and they had it in the oven for a whole hour so i decided to go.Sure enough it was “ready” crust was very thin and it looks like they threw pineapple on there and called it a day. They also didn’t even bother cutting it
Trash some short dude was rude and they told us that there drive thru was down and took the order form the car behind us.
Ordered online and still had to wait 30 min for my food and then was told they sold my wings and had to wait another 15 min by far worst location not worth the drive through Convenience
