Tried a deep dish and was cold but get a remake five days later and this is what the night manager gave me on January 30th. I made a complaint to corporate office but no response from them so now I am sharing this experience with you all. How disappointing this is. The manager was not helpful when I explained this is not acceptable.

This is the worst customer service pizzeria I have ever had the displeasure to try and contact. They never answer the phone, ever. I have so many times, no matter the day or time. I have never seen anything like this. I will never order pizza from them again. You have lost.my business and I will be passing the word on this place to everyone. You're people are lazy and horrible.
First time ordering here for delivery. Website was LCs, but then somewhere along the way it put me through to DoorDash and I didn't notice. Took over an hour at 1pm to get to me at 2pm and I got to watch the driver deliver 2 other orders on the live map before mine. Once I got the order it was completely wrong. I ordered the Detroit Style Deep Dish Supreme and got a cheese pizza with nothing else on it. Won't be ordering here again. You suck.
Why is it every time you call this place they never answer the phone? No such thing as hot and ready. When you walk in, cell phone in hand. People need to do better!
I was a difficult customer, Plus it was busy and Christopher handled it. Thank you so much ! Plus, they have the best pepperoni I’ve ever eaten. I’m definitely coming back!
