Little Caesars Pizza

I placed an online order and suddenly right as my delivery driver arrived to pick up the order my order was canceled. I immediately called the store's local number to find out (they were still open for an additional 10 minutes. I called twice and nobody answered the phone. I called delivery support (apparently doordash) and was told my order was GIVEN AWAY to someone else. How in the hell does a pizza place in 2024 just give someone's order away to someone else? How?!? Delivery support is now going to take 10-12 DAYS to refund my money. I asked if the store employees could simply stay and fix the problem and was told no. This has got to be the worst customer service experience from a simple pizza order I've ever had. Simply if you don't want your money held for days on end and you'd like to actually receive the food you order, DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE. PERIOD.

There were too many people not enough employees...I have to say the gentleman that was there the past weekend was awesome he made the pizza ..took the money ...handled orders... basically he and 1 other staff ran this place and there was a line out the door awesome job guys please get them help. Soon as possible.

The food is amazing

The staff are always friendly and the manager honestly has the best customer service I’ve seen across all industries. Huge shout out to Tony!

I mean who doesn't love Little Caesars

I placed an order online at 857pm. One minute later it was canceled. I go inside to ask why my ordered was canceled. One of the employees said they didn't have the ingredients to make my pizza. So my question was you don't have cheese or pepperoni to make my pizza? The employee looked at me weird because she knew she was lying about not having the ingredients. It was because the cook didn't want to make a half cheese and pepperoni flat crust pizza. First they lied about their system was down and were only taking online orders then they lied about not having the ingredients. Corporate needs to come through and fire the entire staff and start again. The owner doesn't care whats going on in his establishment. He only responds to certain reviews. I'm calling the corporate office.

This is the 2nd time I ordered and paid for a stuffed crust pretzel pizza and got a standard non stuffed crust pizza and I called and called and called and no one picks up the phone this is ridiculous! I would give it zero stars if I could people please check ur orders before leaving the store!!!

01/04/24 8:22PM The Little Caesars on Lee Rd. said they are closed and will only be taking orders online. Meanwhile, a customer is pulling on the door and standing outside the shop confused as to why they locked their doors and not providing service. Very poor customer service and it seems they are not following protocol seeing that they close at 10PM and lock their doors/ stop service at 8PM.
