Like I don't understand why we humans have to complain so much these people are hard working humble people that have a pretty tough job to do to have to serve us in itself is a complicated situation so long story short they make pretty good pizza with a calm inviting atmosphere also they make the best little ceaser pizza in a 100 mile radius let's just be honest so the point I'm really trying to make is let's be mindful people !!!!love !!!!everything and everyone and soon u will be loving and these thing wouldn't matter as much .
Since we’ve moved to this area, we’ve always order from the location on rainbow and Charleston/alta. Ordered from this location since it’s close by and boy everything was a mess. Took a whole hour for the picked up to be ready, inside was way too crowded and the employees seemed to be irritated for some reason. Now all of this I understand because it’s rush hour so there will be a crowd, the employees might be agitated from other customers and likewise. The issue is I order 3 pizza; 1 pepperoni 1 meat and 1 supreme. We picked up my order and it’s my fault for not checking before leaving. We got home and these were the other pizzas. Pepperoni was correct but yo!! The supreme!!! Only one leaf or whatever that was on both pizza. I paid extra for a pepperoni and one tiny bell pepper. Don’t know if I want to cry or laugh. Anyway, management should do better. It’s a cheap pizza place in a low income area so they should know to expect a crowd at certain times especially dinner time. Now I’m gonna go cry and no I don’t want to drive back because once you complain to your cook, you’ll know something has to be done with your food. Lol
Placed order via app at 5:30, said it would be delivered by 6:30.. almost 8:00 still no food. I would have given one star but I've ordered from this store many times and never had any issues, sounds like a staffing problem. I guess that's my fault for being too lazy not wanting to cook ♂️ Update: Received at 840 and cold. Took off another star, unacceptable . I don't blame the staff, I blame management. Do better.
Over 1 hour wait when app said food was ready I asked 2 employees only to have a different employee say my order was lost
