Little Caesars Pizza

Unfortunately, I frequent this location often due to the location. Over the past few years it has been the worst customer experience ever. Every single time. Again, convenience and location. However, Abreal asked me to write a review. She was professional, nice and greeted me with a smile. She told me things are changing here and I wanted to be sure to provide documentation of a nice experience. Finally!! I’m not sold on this location yet, but hopefully Abreal can turn it around. Thank you

This location is in need of new employees and they need to communicate better with customers that call on the phone!!!!On Friday 4/5/24 I called in an order for 2 Hawaiian pizzas add mushrooms ,pepperoni pizza,an order of crazybread with sauce.The employees told me 30 to 35 minutes. I said that is fine it will take me about that long to get there.When we arrived there was a sign on the door that said "Drive Thru only".Which I was not told on the phone.So we proceed to go get in the drive thru line by the way was wrapped around the building. After sitting in the line for 45 minutes we go up to the window and gave the girl our name then she says what did you order because I can't find your name in the computer so I told her what I ordered and again she said she could not find our order.By this point I was upset so I told her never mind I would just go somewhere else. She never said I apologize for your order getting lost or anything. She just rolled her eyes at us and slammed the window shut.

Go through the drive through and get a buzzer only to be told to go around front and walk in to pick up the pizzas. Why? People were like ned up at the door with the wrong orders. When I came in the front door I could have told them I was picking up 5 pizzas not one and they would have given them to us. It’s shocking that a business like this still runs.

A bunch of rude kids who don't have any home training , wouldn't trust getting food from here , horrible wait times idk why.. go to memorial better customer service....

Super long wait time even though i preordered

It's always something when you go to this little ceasers. The door is always locke# in the lobby. When you go through the drive you can see the staff in the back smoking.

I ordered online when I was almost 20 minutes away and asked for it to be ASAP, so I could take it to a meeting with me. When I arrived they were just starting to make it and told me it would be 15-20 minutes. When I asked to cancel so I wouldn't be late for my meeting I was told I couldn't get my money back since it was ordered online.
