Little Caesars Pizza

Poor service! I ordered pizza the day before for a party, they emailed me 15 min before pick up it was canceled. They said they were too busy to make them. It was 1045 am!! You just opened! The manager is ghetto! She got her kids working in there they are disrespectful and just as ghetto as her! They always have long lines and pizza is burnt!!

To start, I never leave bad reviews because overall, fast food is sometimes slow. Here was one of a kind. I ordered two hot and ready pizzas and I don't understand how they took 45 minutes while drive thru was pumping or cars. I'm never coming back here again

Was given the wrong order...I called back to the store and actually got no help. Sent an email to Little Caesars Listens and got no reply.

Horrible each time I go the make you wait, what is the reason for hot n ready. They are slow, and they have horrible attitudes. This happens every time I go.

Do not waste your time. The wait is outrageous and I don’t understand why so many people wait in line for this place. Even if you’re in the drive thru line they still won’t take your order and will just have the window shut in your face. I happened to order online for pickup so maybe the wait will be less, but I was wrong. I ordered 7:40pm, online said it would be ready at around 8:20, I waited until 8:45pm. Finally I got the email that said it was ready at 9pm. I went up there, THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. They said go to the drive thru, it was 10 cars in that line. There’s only ONE window… So, I wasted my money and my time. I don’t know why a place could be so busy but so understaffed. Is the food that good?
