Very bad service. After finishing cooking, I had to wait another 15 minutes to order because it was not issued or placed at the counter for online orders. There was only 1 employee at the checkout, and he was somewhere inside most of the time, not helping to get the order.
Fast service. My online order was ready to pick up right when I expected it to be. There are two kiosks so there is never a worry. Employees are friendly. Place is kept very clean. Back entrance and parking make it easy to get to.
El personal es nefasto !!! Todos son groseros , no tienen tiempo de atenderte , parece ser que para ser empleado en tu currículum debe de decir que eres grosero , odias la atención al cliente y no sabes sonreír , felicidades puede trabajar en little Caesars !! Simplemente no regresaré ni siquiera por una orden online , tardan 30 min en hacerla , no la meten a la máquina y cuando preguntas se molestan por que los molestaste con tu pedido que debería de estar en una máquina ..
I just don't understand how people can mess up orders over the phone or through the dam app I just don't get it its always a problem with the same lady, and her attitude to top it off! It's like why go to work if u don't enjoy what you do lol. They need a new management team asap
